With whatsapp in spanish they organized us a tour already before arriving, we paid 50% in advance and the rest when checking in. Their agency is also right next to the reception and our experience with them was good, we do not regret choosing it. Location of the hotel is good, it is about 5 minute walk from main square and basically everything of interest for tourists also. You can take cheap 1 euro tuktuks infront of the hotel, also taxies were already parked there in the morning for potential people leaving to the airport. Tuktuk to airport is 10000cop and taxi is 20000cop, if they ask for more, just ask next one. At the hotel restaurant there was a young man speaking english and very friendly, he did good impression. There is wifi but mostly only works in the lobby and I think common places. They offer reservations with dinner included I think, but I would recommend just to walk around and try local food in restaurants around, probably you go to amazonas for the full experience and not to stay in hotel.
