We were so lucky to be able to stay here for 2 nights. Before arriving the staff were super helpful organizing a shuttle from the airport, and upon arrival the staff were super welcoming and check-in was easy. The rooms had plenty of space with comfy beds & the bathroom was also a great size. The buffet breakfast had an amazing & delicious selection & both dinners we had at the restaurant were fabulous &.good value for money. We also had a spa treatment which was amazing, and the free shuttle provided to Disneyland was much appreciated. This was the perfect place to stay & recover a bit after a few busy weeks tripping around. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Our stay was made even better by the customer service we received from Cece. She made us feel welcome from the first minute. She spoke great English and guided us around the area to find food, groceries and even baby essentials as we were travelling with our 1 year old. I liked that the room was clean, that's the first aspect. The room was quite spacious, and the bathroom was huge, with a separate toilet, making it possible to use both facilities (shower/bathtub and toilet) simultaneously if the room accommodates two people. Although I paid for breakfast every day, I only went once, and I regret it. In terms of dishes, breakfast is not exceptional, but it has plenty of fruits, and the dragon fruit is incredibly delicious. The staff's hospitality is remarkable; I've rarely seen anything like it. Every day, my bed was made, I was given fresh towels, my sink was cleaned, and the trash was taken out.

I love all the services from the staff. The staff allowed us to check in early as I arrive too early and very tired. They provided laundry service and daily room make up. Very near the metro, just one min walk. All tourist area took 30 mins by metro to travel. The staff even help to order medicines as not feeling well and I don’t have local apps there to order drug delivery. Very thoughtful and good services from the staff! Definitely will go back again if there is a chance

The hotel staff and room cleaners were extremely friendly and helpful. There's a shuttle bus going to Disneyland daily. You need to check with the helpful front desk staff there. The staff there were really helpful, especially when they assisted my wife on her China app online purchases (how to). There's also an AI robot in the hotel!!! :)). For me and my family, we will definitely return back to this hotel when we go to Shanghai, as the hotel overall conditions and helpful staff exceed our expectations.
