Overall - great place, absolutely in the list to come back! But we would like to specifically admit a few points. First, friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to amazing Anna, who made our stay warm and comfortable, introducing the hotel and facilities and sharing a lot of great tips about the places to visit❤️! Greg and Philip (sorry guys if I spelled your names wrong) are also just great, respectful, and helpful🔥. Second, we really enjoyed breakfasts and dinner. Food is just delicious and, more importantly, focused on healthy selections! You could appreciate balanced and delicious meals with a lot of gluten free options, all served warmly and aesthetically pleasing ❤️. Finally, the overall atmosphere is really relaxing and quiet, just exactly what we needed after hectic working days, with private sauna after hiking and beautiful mountains views from our balcony.

We visited Saas-Fee the second time. Sybille and her family really was the warmest and wonderful hosts we have ever met. On the day of our arrival, the road to Saas-Fee was closed due to destruction by the heavy rain. Sybille kept messaging and updating me about the road and the bus situation. Not until 4 pm the road was open but only for 2 hours letting transport in and out. Thankful to Sybille we caught this chance and got the bus to Saas-Fee and they already arranged a shuttle to pick us at the bus station. What exceeded our expectation, they upgraded us to Superior two-bedroom apartment and hoped we could have a comfort stay! Quick check-in and offered us snacks and welcoming wine. Apartment is cozy, clean, spacious, fully-equipped kitchen, great view from the dining room and also from the balcony. Breakfast was good with choice of eggs. We could use their laundry room for free. Sybille gave us excellent and professional advice the area of the town, the direction to find marmots and the opening hours of cable cars, etc. And thanks to Pesche dropped us to the bus station and ended with a warm goodbye. We definitely recommend Elite Alpine Lodge if travelling to Saas-Fee!
Only a 3-minute walk from the ski slopes, the centrally located Hotel Christiania in Saas-Fee offers free WiFi. Guests can start their day with a rich breakfast buffet with service as well.

This was a charming town, which can be reached by bus from the train station at Interlochen. It was less crowded than other Swiss towns we visited, and we liked the non-touristy atmosphere. We took numerous gondola rides to the tops of high peaks, including Schilthorn, which took us up to glaciers. There's also a gondola ride right in town that took us to a beautiful view and an excellent playground for young children. We traveled by bus to Lake Mattmark (largest earth dam in Europe) where we saw a beautiful lake and many waterfalls. The town itself boasts many restaurants and shops. My favorite shop was Bergluft, in the center of town beside the modern Catholic church, where I bought numerous handmade gifts.

Overall excellent but did not find the piste marking / maps adequate. As a result it took some time to work the area out. I also feel the village could improve their website and the number and arrangement of webcams. It is way more beautiful than these show

The apartment was five star, recently redecorated and nothing missing during our stay. 5-10 minutes walk to the City's car park, supermarket, bus station, and cable car. Saas-Fee is peaceful destitation (never met crowd or queue) in the summer for hiking and skiing (yes skiing in summer above 3500 meter!).
The local taxes includes unlimited Postbus and cable car usage in Saastal. Marmots everywhere on the hills :)
Lovely family run hotel on top of Saas-Fee. I had a great room with a large balcony facing the Allaline mountain - what a great view.
Upon arrival I was lost haven gotten off at the wrong bus station. The host immediately came by car, picked me up and drove me to the hotel with a smile!
Everything was great.
Especially, when host arrives to pick you up with all your language. Great view for whole Mischabel range. Saas-Fee card that includes access to all cable cars. Supermarket and pub nearby along with MICHELIN restaurant.
Close to the parking lot.
My sister and I had a great stay at Hotel Christiana for the yodelling festival in Saas Fee. Great view! Staff were so friendly and helpful 🥰 I loved my early morning birding hike! The location was great! Will definitely stay there when I return for the festival 😊
This is a wonderful hotel, restaurant and spa. The facilities, service and amazing attention to detail are all first class. it’s not inexpensive but you get what you pay for.
