The free use of amenities (pool, spa, gym), the room service, the breakfast buffet, the friendly staff and their attentiveness at the dining area (S.O. to Elizabeth, Ajay, Chandra, Kelvin and the other staff i did not get the chance to get the names), the housekeeping prompt response, the friendly staff at the valet, the view, and my upgrade to Premier room. The room was huge with a huge bed, glass walled bathroom, bath tub, and rain water shower.
