The room was spectaculair ! Plenty of space, by far the biggest room we had for a long time. The bath tub had a special place before the windows with s fantastic view over the square of Oudenaarde with the famous cityhall in front of you.
The restaurant looked beautifull, unfortunatelly we didn't have the energy for a longer refined dinner after a long bike ride. But by the looks of it is recommendable, as the whole hotel is !

It was the most thoughtful location with every little detail handpicked for the guests comfort. It was exceptionally clean and the view from the rooms was stunning. The hosts were friendly beyond measure and treated every request with the utmost care. Tje location was very quiet and had a stunning view across the property (with some farm animals a short distance away) and fields further away.

Oudennarde is a lovely town with a beautiful square in the centre. It's a great place to have a Belgian beer and watch the world go by. There are plenty of places to eat but Margarethas is by far the best. It might appear to be expensive but you get excellent food for your money. A walk by the river is recommended - especially on a sunny day. Additionally, Donk Lake is also a lovely place for a walk - or to watch the wake boarders. Unfortunately, it rained every day while we were there. A trip to Ghent is probably recommended if you spend more than two to three nights here.

Brilliant place to ride a bike.
Brilliant place to ride a bike. Marked routes covering all the best cobbled climbs starting and finishing at the Centrum Ronde van Vlaanderen. For €4 you can buy a very good map there. Nice places to eat in the square.

Everything. I think this is the best equipped property I have ever booked. Extremely well presented, clean, comfortable and homely and in an excellent location on the edge of the town square just 10 minutes walk from the station. Plenty of places nearby to eat or go for coffee and plenty of places to buy provisions to cook at home. We were lucky that the weather turned out better than expected and we were able to eat outside in the garden. Henri checked that we had arrived safely
Wonderful location in the countryside, only 10 mins from center of Oudenaarde. Lovely home with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
lovely big rooms, lots of space inside and out. The interactions of the chickens in the garden were a daily highlight !
Great host and five star stay.
Breakfast was very good. There was no breakfast room, but we just sat with our group of 5 in one of the spaceous rooms, and it was good. We only had to move our chairs.
Free parking space at just 200 meters. Very close to the central place of Oudenaarde.
Excellent breakfast and location - ideal for cyclists visiting the region, good storage facilities and free parking. Great location for seeing Oudenaarde and the surroundings.
Lovely, spacious apartment with an exceptional view on Oudenaarde city hall. Friendly staff.
Great airco! (35degrees Celsius outside, nice and cool inside)
