    Opposite is a huge bowling club. With entertainment The jewel in the crown is the The Gunbower Hotel a great old pub where the food is worth half an hour travel, they serve the best steaks that are second to none ,great menu ,not expensive. All local produce

    Moama is a good place to stay if you are visiting the Echuca...

    Moama is a good place to stay if you are visiting the Echuca/Moama area. Bit quieter than downtown Echuca with convenient facilities and only 5 mins to most attractions. Bowling Club is a good place to eat and visit. Rich River Golf Resort is a good golf course but it can get very busy with lots of visitors and social clubs staying & playing.

    The Sunday market was remarkable and needless to say we bought a lot of things. The short distance to Echuca means you have access to a lot of different restaurants, river activities and groceries in both Moama and Echuca. We also found a great cafe on Meninya Ave with great food, service and very friendly staff. We went to the Moama RSL for dinner one night and were treated perfectly, a great family food and entertainment place. Thee is also a great op shop with a tea room for those that love scones and jam. Moama is very relaxing and laid back. Loved it.

    Like it was only a 5 minute drive to the Port of Echuca.

    Like it was only a 5 minute drive to the Port of Echuca. Grocery shopping facilities only 2 minutes drive away. Quiet location with local access. Unfortunately did not receive the friendliest experience at the Moama RSL, And the menu was very limited.

    We love moama, we have been going there for years for...

    We love moama, we have been going there for years for holidays. Lots of thing to do and day trips. We ate at the bowling club, they have a room for kids also and we ate at the Irish pub in Echuca, great meals.

    Great place to visit with plenty of things to do.

    Great place to visit with plenty of things to do. We took a trip on the Canberra paddle steam boat which was made more interesting by the captain giving a commentary as we travelled. We also visited the Echuca museum situated at the old police station. The gentleman managing the museum was friendly and very knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed this attraction which brought back a lot of childhood memories. Lots to see and one of the better museums around. We mainly had our evenings meals at the R.S.L situated at Moama West. The meals were well priced and great to eat.

    I liked the spacious room, which was also clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and had great pillows in plenty. The bathroom was large and well-appointed. I rarely stay in motels, but I would choose to stay here again, should I be in Moama for a short visit in the future. The proximity to the shopping centre is a big plus also.

    Good location in Moama. Clean room and bathroom with facilities as expected. Easy check in process at the Border Inn, who served quickly, despite being very busy with an afternoon crowd.
