We were given a totally unexpected room upgrade 😊 Our room was neat and very clean, quiet and with a peaceful outlook of leafy, green trees and a park. The location was perfect, as we were in close proximity to the Salamanca/Hobart Wharf/Battery Point areas and all the wonderful eateries available. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful.

We booked a king suite, but the staff informed us that there was an issue with the system, and it showed as a queen suite instead. She apologized and upgraded our room to a triple suite, which was a great service and an unexpected bonus. The room is spacious and clean, with everything you need just around the corner.

Delightful small city in a spectacular location on the beautiful Derwent estuary with the imposing Mt Wellington rising straight up behind the city. Many very good restaurants, including some great seafood restaurants. Gateway to many wonderful places such as Bruny Island, Mt Field, Tasman Peninsula.

Great to catch up with family.
Great to catch up with family. Seems most things are quite expensive. Went to Bruny island which was a mixed bag - Rasberry farm, cheese and beer and get shucked were great. House of whisky is not a distillery which was a bit disappointing.
Went to Salamanca Market which I had been looking forward to but which was very disappointing. $10 for a sausage in bread.
Waterfront restaurant was good.

Only really visited the Salamanca markets and MONA which was the purpose of the trip. 4 days suited that purpose so cannot really give an opinion about other parts of Hobart. Would highly recommend those two locations though. Worth visiting Hobart for those alone . Must mention the food….fabulous wherever we went!!

Loved exploring the botanic gardens and Salamanca markets. So many beautiful old buildings and the surrounds are lovely. We visited Port Arthur and also the Huon Valley up to Franklin. Worth exploring along the river also. Just a beautiful place with lots to do. Easily spend a week or more.

We stayed in Apartment 7 for a few days. No complaints – the apartment was easily accessible by lift, a short drive from the airport and Hobart CBD, and a short walk from the Bellerive waterfront, restaurants, supermarket, bakery, etc. Can't find fault with the apartment. The rooms, linens, towels, floors, cupboards, etc, were all super clean and the place smelled fresh when we arrived. Emily the host was easy to communicate with and helpful. Loved the spacious balcony with patio furniture and a view of Mt Wellington.
Perfect location to roam around Hobart! Great restaurants and bars nearby, but also a 10min walk into the CBD for more options.
Room was beautiful and bed was incredibly comfy. Lighting was dull, but suited the mood of the hotel.
Will definitely be coming back again.
Good quality 4 star hotel with very good position close to Hobart CBD and docks area. Comfortable apartment rooms. Good menu and good quality at the restaurant.
