First time in Austria- I thought this would be more like a hotel. But Gasthof means "inn"- therefore once you understand this you understand this is a place to stop but that does not have the facilities of a modern hotel. Clean rooms.

The studio was easy to find and parking was convenient outside the building. It was warm with a comfortable bed. We were able to communicate with the host by text to get the key box code. We cooked a simple meal and the dishwasher was useful.

The staff!!! We had issues with our room(see below) and Mrs. Beate did more than her best to get us a warm room all the same! The place is quite nice, anyway. There is a very good restaurant and breakfast is excellent, too.
