The cabin was very comfortable and well equipped. Lovely views of snow covered mountains from the windows. Very quiet and peaceful. Emiliano was an excellent host and we greatly appreciated all of his helpful advice. He was very quick to respond to all of our questions. The 3 dogs on the property are all very friendly and we looked forward to seeing their wagging tails!

Absolutely gorgeous views in a very comfortable and intimate setting in a remote area of Patagonia. We stayed one night while on a bike tour of the 7 lakes region and wished we had stayed a bit longer.

the place is wonderful, very quiet and peaceful in summer, excellent for couples. is was no snow so the place was half empty so very very quiet, the staff super helpful and nice, the room like the description, the view excellent and the breakfast not a continental one but with enough options.

I've rated this lodge a 10 not because it is perfect but because its positives so far outweigh the negatives.
The setting is simply magnificent, stupendous, gorgeous... add as many superlatives as you like, you still can't do it justice. Then on top of that the staff is very friendly and helpful; the breakfast spread is delicious and generous; and the bed was Goldilocks perfect - neither too hard nor too soft.
And we were delighted to learn that they even offer room service from the tea room.
