The location was excellent at the base of the Las Lenas ski resort. The staff were helpful with any problems and tolerant of my limited Spanish. This was a great base from which to go skiing or hiking as was also possible in my case with great views of the surrounding Andean peaks.

All spa features are very good too (heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, etc).
