From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality that made us feel right at home. The accommodation itself was immaculate, offering all the comforts and amenities we could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. What truly took our experience to the next level, however, was the surprise addition of a Weber grill. This top-notch grill became the centerpiece of our evening gatherings, allowing us to cook up some incredibly delicious dinners. The quality of the grill ensured that every meal was cooked to perfection, adding a special touch to our stay that we hadn't anticipated. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness in providing such a high-quality grill for guests' use really stands out. It's not just about the accommodation itself, but also about creating memorable experiences, and in this case, they succeeded wonderfully. Overall, I cannot recommend this place highly enough. If you're looking for a comfortable and memorable stay with the added bonus of being able to enjoy fantastic grilled meals, this is the place for you. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Boasting mountain views, Ruapehu Log Lodge offers accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 49 km from Mount Ruapehu. Incredible house! Loved the pool table, board games, hot tub, fully stocked kitchen, piano -- wish we could've stayed longer. Having the wood stove burning for us when we arrived was a nice touch.
