Lovely, comfortable relaxing quiet place to stay. The annexe is done out beautifully, exceptionally clean, with all the creature comforts. If you want to stay near the coast without the hassle of hotel check in/out's, NCP carparks or on street parking etc, i would choose here everytime. We will definitely be returning again. It really is a little gem of a place for a peaceful stay.

Very clean, comfortable and cozy. The view from the property is lovely and I would have stayed a bit longer had I known how wonderful a stay we were going to have. We will certainly be back. One item to note, there are many, many stairs in order to access the property, so not appropriate for any one with mobility issues. And next time we know to keep the luggage a bit lighter. Maria was a wonderful host, easy to contact.

A recently renovated property, Hastings Casita, 'little house' self contained garden lodge, close to town and seafront is situated in Hastings near Hastings Beach, St. Leonards On Sea Beach. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Host were very communicative, polite and helpful ( pic of key box very useful) .Location was great, too.

The lodge has everything you might need for a relaxing break, is very clean and tastefully decorated and is set in idyllic surroundings. We loved that getting to Bewl Water edge was a pleasant twenty minutes walk away. The hosts do things properly and the attention to detail makes a difference. Looking forward to visiting again.

Peter and Karen were wonderful hosts good communication before and during our visit. Beautiful surroundings and compact cabin with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Wonderfully relaxing with stunning views to enjoy your morning coffee with. Cabin well equipped and comfortable.

Set in Southwick with Hove Beach nearby, Tiny home whole flat beach cabin offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Mario and Sam are excellent hosts. We had a bit of a medical emergency during our stay and they were extremely helpful and gracious, allowing us a little extra time to check out so we could deal with the issue. The space has been beautifully done and it is cosy and comfortable. The off-road parking was a very welcome option after seeing the costs of parking in Brighton.
