For a family quickly touring the UK for 10 days, this "glamping" experience served as a marvelous introduction to Scotland outside its cities and towns. The hosts went out of their way to ensure that each family member, whether young or old, had a relaxing and enjoyable time. That served to make the experience even more memorable.

It was exactly like the pictures and the description. Very cozy and homy. Clean and have a great supply from everything you might need, food, cleaners, napkins. We stayed for one night and we wished we don’t have a flight to catch to stay more nights.

The location was perfect, Balloch was a 5 minute drive from the lodge and Loch Lomond shores where the sea life centre,etc was is only 10 minutes away. The lodge was clean, the back yard is full enclosed so the dogs can be let out without worry. The hot tub got cleaned each morning and the guy let himself in through the garden so was no fuss at all.

Door was open for us and manager came and explained TV, Kitchen as there was every thing you could wish for, washing machine dryer, dishwasher coffee machine, microwave, electric hob, and oven.

Furniture appliances & fittings are of extremely good quality. Large lounge has a sofa for about 10 people sofa bed, dining table had 10 chairs & a large TV. 3 bathrooms are beautifully decorated. Plenty of parking. Large jacuzzi, outdoor sofa, BBQ area. Washing machine, tumble dryer & dishwasher. The staff, were very friendly, very welcoming, came to show us round, were very flexible. Great location, easy access from the main road.
