Had whatappt customer service who was always helpful. Free shuttle 5 x times a day according to the namaz times which I felt was very important to me and my family only 10 mins drive via shuttle. Not a 5 star hotel but it suited my budget. I am happy with the accommodation nothing to complain. The customer service will help if required.

Their shuttle service only operate 3 times a day . Rest if u have to come back to hotel u have to use taxi which is adding in ur cost . Food shops are very far . We had problems with the AC, but the receptionist called maintenance to help fix it quickly. We often requested more sugar and tissues as we came with a family of 8, and the staff were very helpful.
