Fantastic views, a unique location with an impressive history, and above all super friendly management and staff. The Grand Chalet restaurant down the road and under the same management, is a great place for breakfast and supper. I only stayed one night and wish I could have spent longer there.

It is an old historic building and the owner gave us a very interesting brief history when we arrived. The excellent breakfast was served at the Grand Chalet located across the road, at the bottom of the drive. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends.

The view was beautiful, location was quiet and as we were only quests at this time it was very easy with the kids. unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because of the cold weather, but I’m sure it is also lovely. The room and bathroom were completely clean and well eqipped. The beds were fine, heating worked well. There is a shutter on the balcony door to darken the room. Really good breakfast: both sweet and salty items, fruits, all delicious.
