For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
Breakfast was fine but other reviews had us very excited for it. Standard airport hotel breakfast.
Shuttle was easy to book and dropped eight at our terminal.
Great breakfast selection with hot options and lots of variety for the whole family. Beds were comfortable and clean. Access to pool was a bonus with kids. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the shuttle service was well managed and staffed. Overall a wonderful experience after a hard travel day and unexpected delay.
Location easy to access Toronto using the UP train from airport and hotel shuttle service takes about 1 hour
Large room with kitchen so could get own meals buy your supplies in Toronto or at the airport 7/11
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was good, just what you would expect, clean and comfortable. Really appreciated the airport shuttle and an early grab and go breakfast.
LOCATION AND THE FACT THAT THEY PROVIDE EXCELLENT FREE SHUTTLE TO AIRPORT...MAKES IT EASY TO GET DOWNTOWN TORONTO BY TAKING TRAIN FROM AIRPORT AND FARE WAS 6.20CAD PER SENIOR ONEWAY AND A 25 MIN TRIP.
I liked the 24-hour shuttle service, the comfortable beds and the restaurant that is connected to the hotel. Didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean and nice enough.
The room was equipped with benches, which provided plenty of space to sit. The use of wooden furniture gave a 'chalet-like' feeling to the room. The bathroom towels were soft and comfortable.
