There is a stunning temple nearby: Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine (7 minutes walk), a view of Fuji from a kitchen, a very quiet and clean area, 4 minutes to the convenience store. We were by car and there was a parking space. The owner who met us was very welcoming.

Location was great, its close to plenty of convenience stores and restaurants, and the train station is a walkable distance. This place includes a heater and air conditioner which was a bonus. Our sleep was so comfortable - it is so peaceful at night and waking up a view of Mt Fuji through the window was perfect. We are definitely coming back here!NicoleYoung couple

Onsen needed to take turn within female and male but doesn't bother us much. We rent a car so we don't have problem with the location. Convenience store just in front of the hotel and many restaurant is walkable distance.

Michael and his wife are very welcoming and offer a wealth of information for exploring the area. Excellent location, within walking distance to two local train stations, Gekkouji, and Mt Fuji. Bus trips can be booked and start at Mt. Fuji Station for exploring the Oshino and Yamanakako areas, including the Subaru Line up the side of Mt. Fuji.
