Francesco is very friendly and helpful and obviously takes great pride in his building. There is also a handy supermarket next door and a fantastic restaurant just outside the main building's front door. The apartment is very quiet even though it's only a couple of minutes' walk to the main eating and shopping areas, including the ampitheatre.

The appartment is perfect for two adoults and two children in very calm area 1.2km from astonishing town centre of Lucca. There is air condition in every room. The appartment is very clean. The value for money is 200% garantead. No flies no moscitos in the middle of the summer. Quiet area and easy to go around with car, foot or bikes that Paola and Maurizio have offered to us. Property is a 5min walk outside the walls of Lucca. It is decorated in modern colours and was very clean and comfortable. There is a small working kitchen. Nice small pool with chairs etc and a barbecue for guests use. There are shops nearby, bakery, butcher, cafe.

The location of the apartment is great, it’s very clean and you can find anything you need for your stay. Host Giulio gave us very good tips on where to park, where to have dinner/drink and where to go to the beach. I would definitely recommend! Giulio is the best!SimoneYoung couple
