The property is very well maintained, and neither too far from the city nor near. It is also located close to the beach. The rooms and kitchen are exactly as shown in the images. The property also has refrigerator, washing machine and water filter. The property we stayed was 2 BHK with 2 rooms with 2 ACs and one of the room had a nice small balcony attached with it to enjoy. The property is very clean. The bathrooms are so clean and well maintained. The property caretakers are so polite, humble and well-behaved. Some attractions are nearby while the beaches are a bit away. Mangaluru city in itself is very clean, relative to other places in South Karnataka and Tamilnadu. The hotel room as well as the corridors were nice, spacious and clean. The bathroom floor needs abrasive cleaning, for it was a bit slippery. The buffet breakfast was good. Soft bed and pillows. They have rooms on the streetside and on the backside. I had a room on the back side. Very quiet, slept so well!
