It's a very new and beautifully finished hotel with incredibly friendly staff. There is one pool near the garden which is very refreshing and a pool on the roof near the spa which is quite hot. I heard none of the neighbours during the night and the beds are quite firm which I personally find very comfortable I would certainly recommend staying here.

The fast Wi-Fi was a bonus, making for cosy evenings binge-watching Netflix. Moreover, it’s worth mentioning how refreshing it was to have no mosquitoes, no bugs, and no generator noise—absolute bliss! The fresh, clean beddings were delightful, and my husband especially appreciated waking up to a mud-free, spotless car each morning. Additionally, the cot bed provided made my toddler feel right at home, which meant a lot to us. The apartment was not only comfortable but also impeccably maintained, making our time in Livingstone both relaxing and enjoyable. Your team’s attention to detail, friendliness, respectfulness, and courtesy truly stood out and made our stay memorable.

Excellent stay :) The hosts were amazing, very welcoming and helpful. They offered help with taxi, bookings and activities. Definitely had a great time thanks to them. Beautiful place. Good location, in walking distance to restaurants and downtown, and relatively close to attractions by taxi. Very secure. The room was big, clean and in good condition. Best choice considering price/quality.

Situated at the heart of Livingstone City Centre, within a historic 19th century colonial building, New Fairmount Hotel blends historical architecture with contemporary interior design. Faith and the staff were all lovely and helpful. Was a short stay, but it was all good.
