Fatima is a wonderful cook so we chose to have dinner every night at the house, the food was exceptional. Helped us arrange activities in the local area and gave us some great tips. Hope we can come back one day!

This is probably the single most amazing place I have ever stayed in. A small castle in the middle of the desert, comfortable, clean, fully equipped with everything you might need. Located in a pleasant garden about 1km outside Chebika village, on the border between the desert and the mountains, it is a dream come true for all who want to get away from everything and enjoy complete serenity without sacrificing their comfort. It is also a fantastic base for exploring the mountain oases of Chebika, Tamerza and Mides, and taking advantage of other hiking opportunities in the area. Florian was prompt to answer all online inquiries, and Salah, who speaks French, English, Polish and Arabic and who lives across the road (about 20 minutes walking away), was exceptionally nice, kind and helpful. Unless you are afraid of wide open spaces or sleeping in complete isolation, do not hesitate. I tend to forget 95% of places I have stayed at. Castello Bianco is one place I will remember for sure.

We can definitely recommend staying at Dar Dguech. The hosts were lovely people. They were very friendly and flexible. We initially booked one night but love it so much, that we decided to extend our stay. The villa is beautiful and cosy. It has a pool, fruit trees, washing machine, BBQ place, etc. The host even gave us a private tour of the date factory next door that they own! Location is safe, quiet and practical if you have your own car. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

All the photos are like in reality so you won’t be surprised. The building is historic and has plenty of tiny rooms and doors like in a castle. There’s a library and in the courtyard there’s a pool with a turtle. Owners were friendly and spoke good English. Breakfast was also nice.

Dar Hi was easily one of the best places we've stayed -- beautiful facilities, delicious organic food (both dinner and breakfast was included), peaceful venue overlooking the palms, interesting architecture, kind staff (we received great recommendations and one staff member helped us find a great tour), and the pool which was warmed by natural springs was so fun to swim in. It was easy to tour the Star Wars site, the medina, and oases in the desert from this Dar.
