It felt like a home away from home! The staff is great and they go a long way to make you feel comfortable, from setting up the fireplace in the room, or preparing hot water bottles for you in the evening! The food is great too both the rich breakfast and the set menu for dinner. The cottage is located in a nice and quiet area surrounded by green. super. Nicely decorated and true to it's location! Definitely reccomend the delux room with the balcony that has an incredible view! Thank you so much for the beautiful stay!

A terrace with mountain views is offered in each unit. Absolutely brilliant hotel. We could not have been made to feel more welcome by all the staff. The accommodation was really comfortable and we really appreciated all the little touches like the hot water bottles and fire being lit in our room at night, to keep us cosy. The staff could not have done more to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Would definitely recommend and come back here again.

Everything at this place are nice , But the most thing here is the view of the place and how friendly and nice were the staff , Our stay was full of Lough and thanks always , There were no difference between us , we shared the stories with the staff , we sung together and dance some traditional dances together , There were an welcoming coffee which was very delicious , They helped us with pick-up organizing from Kigali International airport and the prices of this place is affordable and nice , Michael helped us to organize our morning trip and we were really in good hands becouse this place is not only a guest house but also having a Safaris company which takes you everywhere you are going as well as offers you a remarkable guiding services , The drivers here are excellent and all in all we can recommend this place !
