Front desk called us around 8:30pm to check up on us, and to make sure there's somebody to greet us if we were arriving after... I think 9:30? We were about 20 minutes out so it didn't matter, but it was nice to know that someone cared to check that everything was ok (we got held up along the way and were fairly late). The breakfast buffet was also fabulous!
