The flat had great facilities, quite big and fully equipped. The host was super organized and provided detailed information in advance and during our stay. Location is great and view to the sea. We even got a welcome package!

We liked the views, the neighborhood, the comfortable bed and furniture. The propietors met us and handed over the key and gave a a quick tour to show us where things were located.

The room was spacious with a big, decent bed and with a beautiful view and seating both in front of the house and back at the terrace so you can stay in/out of the sun when you like. The host was super nice to help us out with something even a day after we checked out. Close to the airport and easy to reach. We’ve stayed at 4 different places in Flores and this was absolutely the best. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Breakfast was generous and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even helping us book a great excursion during our stay and giving us tips about local hikes.

Sítio da Assumada offers accommodation in Lajes das Flores, a 3-minute walk from the beach. Free private parking is available on site. Every room has a flat-screen TV. . Ricardo is a very nice , friendly and helpful host. He made our staying very special and unforgettable We really liked the beautiful private garden Perfect location near great walking trails and some of the most impressive falls in the island.

The pictures of this beautifully renovated cottage do not do it justice - it’s truly gorgeous with so many special touches from the nicest and most helpful host, Karina. In terms of location, I don’t think we’ve ever stayed somewhere so beautiful and I don’t think a base on Flores could be any more perfect than Fajãzinha for the views and incredible sunsets each night with some of the best spots - waterfalls, swimming and restaurants - mere minutes away in the car. Host Karina was so accommodating giving us lots of recommendations and tips for the island.

We were very grateful that the check-in was so easy and with short notice possible as we were looking urgently for an accommodation after our flight was cancelled 6 times... Location is great. Rural but close to supermarket and airport.
