Host was responsive, thoughtful and was easy to deal with. Staff at the lobby were always polite. The unit was clean, cozy and the design was well-thought of-- it's not cluttered or stuffy. I appreciate how the host went the extra mile to make each guest's stay comfortable and memorable. They provided not only complimentary bottled water (6 bottles!) but also espresso, teabags and chocolates. Netflix? Try disney ,hbo go and prime video-- all access. Groceries, restaurants and cafes are nearby, though cooking is possible in the unit and basic condiments are provided. Perfect place for a staycation.
