Hosts Eduardo and Gabriella were superlative hosts. They live on-site & are so helpful. They know all the local places, the bus routes, businesses- and they speak English. The room was great - huge sliding doors open onto a patio and pool area, with lovely gardens & many comfortable seating areas. There is a very well equipped common kitchen. The compound is gated, completely walled-in & accessible only by one of the family opening the buzzer door. The room has a private bathroom. Soap, TP, towels & bed linens are provided. Laundry service is fast & affordable. You wake to the sound of surf & birds. Everything is in walking distance. Buses & combi’s pass by the door. The airport is minutes away. But the biggest asset are the wonderful personalities of Eduardo and Gabriella.

Located in Trujillo, less than 1 km from Chan Chan Huaca Esmeralda, Hotel QC provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Super hotel. We had like a mini suite with sitting room, patio area with seating, as well as comfortable bed, ensuite and massive TV. Power points on both sides of the bed is a plus. Breakfast on the 5th floor was great! It is a little away from the centre square but for a 10 PEN Uber, we got there too easy. 16 PEN to the airport.
