The room was great - huge sliding doors open onto a patio and pool area, with lovely gardens & many comfortable seating areas. There is a very well equipped common kitchen. The compound is gated, completely walled-in & accessible only by one of the family opening the buzzer door. The room has a private bathroom. Soap, TP, towels & bed linens are provided. Laundry service is fast & affordable. You wake to the sound of surf & birds. Everything is in walking distance. Buses & combi’s pass by the door. The airport is minutes away. But the biggest asset are the wonderful personalities of Eduardo and Gabriella.

Tierra Viva Trujillo is located in Trujillo, within 1.4 km of Trujillo Main Square and 1.2 km of Chan Chan Mud City. Excellent hotel, excellent taxi service, excellent clean room, good restaurant and room service: it was the best hotel of our stay in Perú: highly recommanded! Excellent price quality!

The vibe of this hostel is fantastic, and I had amazing conversations with everyone I met while staying here. Hot water, comfy bed, and lots of animals to love on made this the perfect place for me to stay. Gigi even gave me a front door key after I checked out to make sure I could come back and hang out in the public areas, which I really appreciated!

We had like a mini suite with sitting room, patio area with seating, as well as comfortable bed, ensuite and massive TV. Power points on both sides of the bed is a plus. Breakfast on the 5th floor was great! It is a little away from the centre square but for a 10 PEN Uber, we got there too easy. 16 PEN to the airport.
