It was so so nice to stay here ! Thomasa if the nicest host ever so available and helpful. I ate in his house for diner, and it was delicious ! He took me to Ella by tuktuk and the ride was awesome. I truly recommend you to stay here.

Mailagama Cinnamon Residence se encuentra en Kataragama, a 21 km de Situlpawwa, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, terraza y zona de barbacoa. Todo estaba perfecto, TV, limpio, sin ruido, ducha caliente… Muy buena atención del encargado, súper amable. Buen sitio para quedarse antes de ir al parque de Yala.

Lake Front Yala Safari se encuentra en Kataragama, a 18 km de Tissa Wewa, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis y terraza. We had a very nice stay at the Lake Front Yala Safari. The rooms are clean, without moskitos, and it’s quite. The family was very welcoming. The provided food was amazing, and they created a very authentic Sri Lankan experience (e.g. telling you stories, letting you harvest your own coconut, learn/ support in the kitchen). We also booked our safari with them (have seen many animals, e.g. leopards, elephants…), which we can highly recommend.

Tranquil Wild tiene vistas a la piscina y se encuentra en Tanamalwila. Cuenta con restaurante, servicio de habitaciones, cafetería, jardín, piscina al aire libre abierta todo el año y terraza. Fantastic place to stay close to the very quiet block five and six areas of the Yala National Park. the host and, is lovely and very helpful as were all the staff. Set on a lovely lake you can watch the Buffalo swim the Peacock strut stuff and enjoy your evening fire on the Banks. A pool if youwant a swim. Food was lovely. We enjoyed a very well priced Safari with a very knowledgeable guide, all arranged by Anne.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Nobel Regency in Bibile, Sri Lanka, just before the New Year, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The serene garden setting provided a peaceful retreat, and the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. What truly made the stay exceptional was the incredible hospitality of the landlord, Ruwan. His kindness and attention to detail went above and beyond expectations. Ruwan personally ensured that all my needs were met and even prepared customized meals that suited my preferences. He treated guests with such warmth that it felt more like staying with family than at a hotel. This the best place to stay for visiting Danigala (the Alien Mountain) - 1 h ride on tuk tuk and 40 minutes on a bike/car. Also there are I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nobel Regency in Bibile, Sri Lanka, just before the New Year, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. It is the best place to stay if you are planning early morning hike to Danigala (the Alien Mountain), it is a 40-50 minutes ride from the hotel. Additionally, Ruwan went out of his way to make the experience special by offering thoughtful treats and sharing insights about the local area, making the stay both comfortable and enriching. I wholeheartedly recommend Nobel Regency for anyone visiting Bibile – it’s a place where you’ll find not just excellent service but genuine care and kindness.

Mayka"s luxury holiday homes se encuentra en Tanamalwila, a 31 km de Parque nacional Udawalawe y a 30 km de Tissa Wewa. Ofrece alojamiento con jardín, terraza y wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. Big room and bathroom with space to eat (so we could eat in our room instead of the restaurant upstairs, which was very cute tho...). Best wifi we had during our trip. Great location for Lunugamvehera Safari (we did not book it with them, but it seemed like we could because they also had a safari jeep). The owner speaks dutch and is very nice! We arranged a well priced tuktuk with her, that took us to Dickwella at 7 pm after our safari (about 2.30-3h drive). We enjoyed our stay and definitly recommend when visiting the Lunugamvehera side of Yala national park. Glad there was a restaurant in the hotel, because there did not seem to be much in the area (we didn't mind tho, we were only here for the safari :))

We cherished every moment at this truly eco-friendly lodge nestled in the heart of a jungle by a serene lake. The owners built the house themselves, minimizing impact on nature while infusing it with utmost love.

Hotel Serugahawatta se encuentra en Wellawaya, a 28 km de Puente de los Nueve Arcos, Demodara, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, salón de uso común y restaurante. Even though hotel is located by the Ella-Wellawaya road, the location is very calm. Construction wasn't done in some parts of the facility. But the available rooms were at good standard. Good value to your money.

Thanamal-villa está a 34 km de Parque nacional Udawalawe y ofrece alojamiento conjardín, zona de barbacoa y cocina compartida. I have had two awesome nights at this place. Expect a very basic but clean house and a fantastic owner. He organised all sorts of things for me, including a great safari. We were almost completely alone there and were able to marvel at a family of elephants with a baby twice. He showed me local traditions and I really enjoyed him as a host. In the morning I was able to watch playing monkeys for hours in front of the terrace. It was really fun.
