志賀高原 白い温泉 渓谷の湯 in Yamanouchi provides adults-only accommodation with an open-air bath and a shared lounge. The accommodation has a spa bath and a private open-air bath. The staff very friendly..Sunsset was early as beginning of winter... very good dinner n breakfast.. Had booked a room with private bath...sulphur smell was really strong.. but good for the skin.. The public bath was very good too....there's 1 outdoor and 1 indoor....whole place is clean and well kept.. very nice hotel... For ski lovers.. the cable cars for ski lovers is jus in front of the hotel..

Situated in Yamanouchi and only 5.3 km from Jigokudani Monkey Park, Five Peaks Yudanaka features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. My stay there was lovely! My family and I really enjoyed ourselves at this place. The space was really huge and it was accessible by car. The hosts were also prompt in their response and very kind and helpful! It was a good stay.

Hotarutei Villas provides a hot spring bath and free private parking, and is within 3.8 km of Jigokudani Monkey Park and 14 km of Ryuoo Ski Park. Omakase dinners and breakfast were absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations. Location was very close to snow monkey park. Private onsen was a luxurious experience for us in the property itself.

Situated in Shimotakai, Five Peaks Ryuoo is a recently renovated accommodation, 4.7 km from Ryuoo Ski Park and 15 km from Jigokudani Monkey Park. House was situated in a quiet neighbourhood. The first evening I arrived at the house, I saw a wild life cat metres away from me. Saw a similar species the next evening. Entire unit was cosy and big enough to accommodate my family of 5. The washing machine and dryer unit provided means we do not need to pack as many sets of clothes for the whole trip. I would like to come back in future when there is snowfall. This time round we were too early.

Five Peaks Jigokudani is located in the Shibu Onsen district of Shiga Kogen, 14 km from Ryuoo Ski Park, 25 km from Suzaka City Zoo and 31 km from Zenkoji Temple. We loved staying here. A lot of space for our family of 7 (5 kids) and very comfortable. So quiet and peaceful and the home had everything you could need and more. The monkey park is very close. We'd love to stay here again one day (in winter with the snow would be amazing). Such a great place to stay

Offering a shared lounge and mountain view, Hotel Iwasuge is set in Yamanouchi, 18 km from Jigokudani Monkey Park and 28 km from Ryuoo Ski Park. Helpful and kind staff. Prime location next to the higashideyama Gondola lift. Reception staff went out of their way to ensure we got the right express bus to Nagano giving us a lift to the bis station. The onsen is also very nice and clean.

Featuring a bar, ロマンスホテル（Romance Hotel） is set in Shimotakai in the Nagano region, 8.7 km from Ryuoo Ski Park and 19 km from Jigokudani Monkey Park. It was truly as Japanese experience. The owner/host was extremely helpful, courteous, accommodating and friendly.
