The hotel is exceptionally new, which really enhances the overall feel of the place. Our room was very clean upon arrival and was maintained to the highest standards throughout our stay. The staff at are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Lastly, the location of the hotel is perfect making it easy to explore and enjoy the city.

The Onyx was clean, modern and contained a bunch of amenities (although I didn't use them, it was nice to know that they were available). The actual room I booked was clean, well furnished and I didn't experience any noise issues during my stay. The receptionist also made sure to communicate with me about my check-in since I was arriving late which was appreciated, and they also spoke fluent English making the whole process seamless. For the price and experience I would definitely recommend!

We had a really nice stay at Hotel Oktogon! The location worked out perfectly for us, very central and close to many cafes/restaurants. Budapest was beautiful at Christmas time. The hotel itself was beautifully renovated, with a great fitness area and sauna. The room was super comfortable and clean, we were sad to have to leave! Would definitely recommend for Budapest.
