The location is perfect, located half-way between the center and the lake. The rooms are large and bright and I found the bed quite comfortable. Free parking is also great and very rare to find in San Pedro. Another plus is that there's a great ramen restaurant accros the street ran by a Japanese expat.

They took it over as owners few weeks ago and you can see that they really care. It is 2 min from the boat port and close to the main street. The rooftop terrace is the best with a beautiful view over the lake. It is clean and you get shampoo and clean towels. Breakfast is simple but good: pancakes, fruit and coffee or tea. The staff are very nice and helped us a lot. I would definitely recommend it!
