Built with stone and wood, in the village of Kastraki, Guesthouse Vavitsas offers elegantly decorated rooms with views of Meteora Rocks and their famous monasteries. Bed was comfortable, shower had towels and toiletries, room had mini fridge, extra blankets. View from window was great as well. Monasteries are close (and there is bus stop very close ~20 meters (Cave camping) that can take you to every monastery you wish. And there is Taverna Boufidis - it has THE BEST grilled meat in town (and south of Greece). Just go there after a hike.

Generous and cheap breakfast in nice environment with indoor fireplace and view to the rocks. Room was very clean.
