Ale to nie wszystko: ten hotel ma fantastyczny personel, bardzo zaangażowany w pracę i nastawiony na pomoc gościom. Pani z recepcji dzwoniła do mnie kilka razy, żeby upewnić się, że dotarł do mnie kod otwierający drzwi (nie odebrałam maila więc przysłała mi kod whatts appem). Lokalizacja jest dobra - 17 minut samochodem od lotniska, niedaleko centrum miasta, nie ma problemu z parkowaniem, w pobliżu są autobusy miejskie. Wifi szybkie, na dole jest restauracja serwująca dobre i niedrogie śniadania.

The hotel was amazing, just 10 mins from the old town, but already a few steps away you can find the sea and some nice bars. The staff was super friendly they always had some nice words and our room was very clean. We had a sea view room, which was absolutely gorgeous. The breakfast was also great we spent 4 nights there and besides the basics they always tried to bring some variety. We had a great time here.

It is perfect hotel for holidays. We spent there 2 fantastic weeks. Great people are running this family hotel! Good location, close to the beach, center of Rethymno and restaurants and bars but it iat the same time veru quiet. All is perfectly clean, rooms are very cosy and geusts feel like at home. If you are tired at the beach it is nice to stay on the roof top with jacuzzi and sunbeds and relax in quiet atmosphere and at the evening there is nice sunset view. We felt ourselves like we were coming there since years. All thanks to charming Dora, her father and all the other people who are extremely kind and helpfull. For sure we want to come back! Thanks!

The venue and the bedroom are so perfect; new, spacious, spotlessly clean and very well designed with separation of toilet and bathroom. The beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is variety and well prepared. The staffs carefully help with high service mind ; called the taxi, provided the bus times, booked the ferry and prepared the meal box on the day that we left so early. We highly recommend Artion Boutique City Hotel to anyone who visits Heraklion, Crete.
