We LOVED the place. The rooms were beautiful and the friendliness of the staff was exceptional. The rooms were very clean at all times.

The entire staff was always available and professional from the very beginning. The facility has excellent pools where children can spend the whole day, and the dining service is of the highest quality. I want to particularly mention the restaurant staff who fully catered to our needs. Notable among them is Sous Chef Christos, who personally attended to our needs and allergies. Christos is a person for whom words are not enough to express his kindness. He is courteous, collaborative, cheerful, and always present! Thanks to his constant help, we were able to have a worry-free vacation. Thank you, Christos! Also, the dining room staff Giannis and Giorgios were incredibly helpful and courteous, always at our service! City Lion by Semavi asub Heralkio kesklinnas, Heraklioni arheoloogiamuuseumist 600 meetri, Veneetsia müüridest vähem kui 1 km ja Knossose paleest 7,3 km kaugusel. The place is so modern, clean and the bed was awesome. I was sick at the time so the bed was just perfect as I crashed and slept for hours. Luckily the city doesn’t sleep, so after I woke up late, we could still go out to have food. The hotel has easy in-out access by using the code, so it was seamless and super convenient.

Upon arrival the very very friendly daughter of the hotel-owning family checked us in. Before we even entered she had given us bottled water and took our luggage. She gave a lot of usefull info about the surroundings and things to do on Krete. The room was spacious and gorgeous, the same evening we booked another night there because the experience was so exceptional. Thanks you for letting us stay over!
