The hotel is incredibly beautiful. The room was very pretty and felt very luxurious. The lighting was beautiful and so was the bathroom. Everything you needed was available. The staf was very helpful, always down for a chat and available for any questions. The breakfast was big with lots of choices. Even the tableware was very photo worthy. Walking up the driveway felt like a fairytale to me. I would love to return.

This place is consistently great which is why we keep returning again and again. Stephanie has everything running to perfection. The location is brilliant for walking in the area. The accomodation itself has everything on the doorstep. Restaurant, pubs, breakfast cafe and the shops in the main street.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. It had a mini fridge with water and milk provided. Nicola is the perfect host! She’s very welcoming and refilled the coffee, tea and cookies daily. Very convenient (free parking) in the back of the property. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Situated in Morpeth, The Star Inn - Harbottle - Near Rothbury - Northumberland has a garden, terrace, bar, and free WiFi throughout the property. A gem of a village pub nestled in the beauty of The Northumberland National Park. Bedrooms were newly refurbished with large, exceptionally comfortable bed, quality furnishings and spotless ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Each room had its own private outdoor terrace with access to a larger garden terrace built-in to the hillside (all dog-friendly and dog-safe). A real bonus was that evening meals included an extensive Italian Restaurant menu cooked up by an authentic Italian chef, Delicious! Breakfast was fresh, top quality, locally sourced, cooked to order and served with a smile. Particularly liked the on-site village shop and community hub. Congratulations to Karen and her team who have curated hotel ambience and service within the context of a traditional village pub.

Situated in Wooler and only 26 km from Bamburgh Castle, The Humble Hut features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. This shepherd's hut is just amazing and sooo beautiful! The outside space is also amazing with comfortable chairs, long chairs, dining table and chairs, lots of little lights etc. just incredible. The owners are also very kind and welcoming. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.
