Margaux is a WONDERFUL host. She, her family and friends restored everything, all with touches to make her guests feel welcomed and very special. This is our second time to L’Annexe, but it will now be our regular stop when we travel each year between Paris and Gent. Boasting a garden and views of garden, Château de Contay Guesthouse - 1753 is a bed and breakfast set in a historic building in Contay, 19 km from Amiens Train Station. The bedding was lovely with crisp linens and a big fluffy duvet. Our room was large, with a sitting area. The attached private washroom included a bathtub, water closet, and a make up table. Lots of parking, greenery and beautiful gardens!
