Top-quality bed and linens (probably the most comfortable bed I've encountered in a b&b) and a gourmet, freshly prepared breakfast. Everything was so tasty -- cake, bread, yogurt, eggs/bacon, and French toast all amazing (I'm a glutton and could have eaten more)!

The apartment was modern clean and well equipped for our stay, great view and very quiet, absolutely brilliant. Ute and François are really a nice and helpful couple, thanks so much to you both.

Margaux is a WONDERFUL host. She, her family and friends restored everything, all with touches to make her guests feel welcomed and very special. This is our second time to L’Annexe, but it will now be our regular stop when we travel each year between Paris and Gent. The bedding was lovely with crisp linens and a big fluffy duvet. Our room was large, with a sitting area. The attached private washroom included a bathtub, water closet, and a make up table.
