We loved the location and the quietness of this lovely farm. The hosts are charming and I loved hearing all their family stories from WWII. Interacting with local people makes the experience even more memorable. The breakfast was outstanding and the room was very comfy. Everything made us want to come back here soon.

L'appart de Léo et Soso is located in Bayeux, 500 metres from Baron Gerard Museum, 600 metres from Cathedrale Notre Dame de Bayeux, and 8.5 km from German Battery of D-Day. This is a gem of a small apartment in Bayeux. The photos really don't do justice to how nicely furnished the apartment is. The host, Emma could not have been nicer and helpful. Parking is easy and grocery shopping is 5 minutes away. Getting in and out of Bayeux for the D Day sites is easy as well. My wife and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful location, gorgeous building, set in a quiet stunning area. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. Very nice indeed.

I love staying there because it is so close to the town like a minute away and 10-15mins walk to the train station. Very safe and peaceful environment!

Location: The B&B is located right next to the famous Purple Heart Lane and the Dead man's corner. Less than 20 minutes drive to Utah Beach, Sainte-Mère-Église, Sainte-Marie-du-Mont, Isigny-sur-Mer, Carentan and in the walk distance of the church of Angoville-au-Plain. B&B: This bed and breakfast has an interesting history in WW2, some serious fighting was done in the area. The owner is very kind and helpful, she is always available for questions and excited to share her knowledge and the history of this B&B and the surrounding area in the World War 2 era. The rooms we stayed in were comfortable and very quiet in the evening. We had a great view of the front courtyard and the back garden. The bathroom facilities were modern and clean, it beats even some 3 stars hotels that I've stayed in in the past. The breakfast was delicious with fresh baked bread and different sorts of French cheeses. We even had some homemade crêpes on the first day! The breakfast room was also decorated in various WW2 items. Overall, we had a great stay at this B&B and look forward to returning in the future! 👍
