Six Senses Fiji features a restaurant, free bikes, a fitness centre and bar in Malolo. The accommodation features a private beach area, as well as a shared lounge and a garden. Private, spacious, quiet and comfortable. An excellent place for retreat and relaxation. The location was excellent and the facilities were very well designed and managed. Surprised of the effort for iguana conservation. The GEM was very helpful.

Located in the secluded Yasawa Islands, the eco-friendly Barefoot Manta Island Resort Resort is ideally situated for swimming, diving and snorkeling, as all bungalows are set on the beach. We stayed at Mana Island Resort, Octopus, Oarsman's Bay, and Barefoot Manta when in Fiji and Barefoot Manta was our favorite. The snorkeling here is by far one of the most amazing places I've ever been to. The coral was so colorful, and we saw many different types of sea creatures. They have a Marine Conservation Centre on site. It was pretty cool to see what they are doing to preserve the area. They give an hour lecture 2 times a day on ocean topics. We attended one on Coral and one on Manta rays. They do 2 free guided snorkeling tours a day. I recommend going on the morning tour when their marine biologist, Rob, is one of the guides, as he points things out and talks about the ocean life while you are snorkeling. The resort does not have ac which wasn't bad, but our bure was on the sunset beach side, and for some reason, the temperature was much hotter on that side. The sunrise beach side was less than a 2 minute walk and the wind was stronger and it felt a good 15 degrees cooler on that side. This probably changes throughout the year though so probably luck of the draw on which side you get. We slept with the fan on tho and it was fine. The resort grounds are very well kept...it's truly a gorgeous resort.

All the people who work at octopus are wonderful. I loved the relaxed atmosphere. The luxury of a resort holiday without the stuck up ambiance. Loads to do if you want to, but you can also just chill.

It was such a nice time we spend in his home. His house is located in a little village and we were so happy to become part of it for a few days. We did some nice activities like shark snorkelin, fishing, hiking and more. Food cooked by Donna was every time so nice. And always more than enough. It was Thank you for everything.

Mr Sheik was nice enough to wait for me as I checked in quite late ; extremely friendly. He also allowed me to check out late so I could do some laundry . Well equipped kitchen with 4 Burner gas stove and oven. Bathroom is spacious and very convenient having a washing machine . Definitely will be back .

First the location was good and secure. Well the Unit itself was amazing , very modernized as the name itself says. We (my sister and I) just can't get over it very unique indeed.. You name it. it's all in that Unit, just buy your food and enjoy your stay feeling more at home away from home and comfortable. With transport no problem. Massive thanks for having us for the 3 nights and looking forward to more in our next trip.❤️

We were there when it was quiet so we got upgraded from a backpacker room to a private room by the manager. So surprised and so happy. The vibe of the whole resort is really calm and chill. Every day you wake up with the sounds of tides and singing from birds. Mosquito there is crazy but the patio of each room has mosquito screens so you can still open the door sit outside and enjoy the ocean breeze. The swim with Manta Ray tour is absolutely amazing. It's so much better than the Manta Ray tour in Yasawa, which you might have to swim with 30 other guests... Here, they go in smaller groups and you will have plenty of time to encounter these beautiful giants. All the staff always make sure that every guest enjoys their stay. They take care of little kids and ensure they also enjoy their time too. Thank you Papageno. You are one of the highlights of our Fiji holiday :)

Nothing but positive things to say about Voyager Retreat. The host is a master of hospitality, and a really interesting, intelligent guy. Best food we had the entire time we were in Fiji, and extremely generous portions! It also happened to be the most affordable meal plan offered at any of the home stays we visited. The property itself is situated on a very nice white sand beach that is just that - sand. Not a lot in the way of coral, but we liked that very much as it was nicer to swim in. Honestly I think this place deserves a lot more guests. We were shocked at the high level of value for the price. It’s certainly going to be a place we revisit many times over the coming years
