Workers were very friendly, they supported us about everything. They gave us breakfast once time which is not included. Also chefs were very kind. You can have a dinner near barbecue.

The staff organised us breakfast on all days with high quality food and arranged transport for us to go to the city centre and Santa Claus village. All the above without any additional cost. More over, they organised dinners on 24 and 25 December for all guests, without any additional charge. The staff were kind, helpful and nice. The hotel and the rooms were nice and cozy. We managed to see Aurora Borealis right in front of the property, when we stepped outside in the night.

Situated just 22 km from Santa Claus Village, Vikajärvi Lake View Experience Igloos features accommodation in Rovaniemi with access to a private beach area, a shared lounge, as well as a shared... Location, host, igloo quality, space inside igloo and the shared cottage. There was plenty of food. Marco and Hanne, both of them were nice and understanding. We stayed 2 nights, I would recommend this if budget permits, then one can fully experice days and night. We had experience of rain, snow, dark cloud, stary night, bright day and aurora viewing. Morning breakfast boxes are special touch to your stay. I enjoyed the Sauna, it was in the shared cottage. I loved the music boxes. You can request them to pick up drop off service which is cheaper than Uber or Taxi. Do read the messages, last grocery shop is 4km away, therefore, if not with car, come prepared (shared kitchen is well equipped to cook any food). All in all a must visit to stay in an igloo.
