The animation team is fun and engafing, with activities at all times. There are also many restaurants for all the tastes. Eventually, pools are great and sea is just wonderful with plenty of fishes!

Warm welcoming from the whole staff. We had our other nights in another famous hotel which was not so good as this. The stay here saved our holidays. Nice restaurant choice. Ahmed Salah was a very good welcoming host and wanted to stay in touch to see if everything was okay.

The facilities were new, very stylish and nice. The restaurants were really good but if I had to highlight something it would be the staff. They made our stay the best we have had so far in a resort. Specially the posh club staff.

The room was clean. The pools, Aqua Park, and Luna Park area were amazing. All the service was so organized and perfect. The staff was so friendly to us and very helpful on any occasion. Especially Ahmed from the buffet, it really made our vacation better. And the buffet itself was more than our expectations. The food was so delicious and there were so many varieties every day.

At first, I had a very satisfying vacation with my son and visited the posh club again, and the service and comfort were better. My Assistant Mo Anwar, kindly asked for information about us even before the trip and helped me with the pickup. Throughout the trip, he carefully and warm-heartedly recommended restaurant reservations and leisure activities for my kids. I was touched by the Anwar's meticulous kindness. Everything about this resort is perfect. The facilities, food, staff, everything is fantastic and I would like to recommend this place to everyone.
