Even before I arrived, the kind staff communicated well to assist in any requests I may have. When my 3 year old daughter and I arrived, we were greeted by a warm welcome from Michael and was happy to be quickly taken to a ground floor room after a long day of travelling. The room was clean, with cold AC and the bed extremely comfy. Although HB53 is on the outskirts of the colonial zone, it was still close enough to take a walk to get there. One thing I also appreciated was a 24 hour security which added to my sense of ease when I had to check out at 1:45 am. Thank you Michael and team, we will definitely be back.

The apt was equipped with everything that you need, and it has a modern vive, parking space so you won't have to park on the street and if you need a car, the owner rent car as well. Also, the 360 galleria mall is like 3 min away from the apartment.My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay and recommend it

Jorge even took me to a local restaurant so I could have lunch and even picked me when I was done. Amazing gesture!

Johnny is an excellent host who really cares about his guests' experience. The apartment was spacious and clean and had everything you might need. It was in a safe area where I, a single female, felt comfortable walking at night. It's ten minutes walk to a large supermarket and twenty minutes walk (or a very cheap Uber) to the Colonial Zone. Johnny is very knowledgeable about the local area and gave lots of recommendations. Everyone I met in the building were lovely. There were great views and the pool is excellent!

The room was super clean, had air conditioning, and Franky was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was good the only thing for the price I paid I was expecting to get a a king size bed beside everything else was great I will definitely stay there again.

Hotel Villa Colonial is located in the heart of Santo Domingo's historic centre, and offers an outdoor pool, tropical gardens and a charming patio. The air-conditioned rooms include cable TV. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I had an early morning flight so they even packed breakfast. Room was exceptionally clean and had all amenities. Wish I could have stayed longer.
