The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful and always open and available. The bathrooms and showers were kept very clean throughout the day/night, every day. The location was perfect and was close to everything (Metro, Starbucks, Luckin, Manner Coffee, 711, etc.) There is also a restaurant located beneath the hotel. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai.

While the external looks like old Shanghai style, the facility in room is modern and smart. Color mode is white and black, but makes you feel very warm. The staff are all super friendly, especially a girl named Vicky. The bar on top floor is also great, with good view and chilled atmosphere.

Breakfast is very good with everything available. The hotel is quite far from the Maglev station, but still walkable at a distance of about 1 kilometer. At Longyang Road station, there is a shopping mall with many restaurants. There is another shopping mall about 800 meters from the hotel.

Located in the heart of Shanghai, The St. Regis Reign on the Bund, Shanghai features spectacular views of the Bund, Huangpu River and Pudong skyline. It was a really comfortable stay and with stunning views. My daughter and I love everything about it. I have stayed at many hotels and I would say they have the most comfortable pillows. Special thanks to Daisy and the floor staff for being so helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and be back again.
