What made it truly exceptional were the staff . I must mention Alice in particular. She was simply outstanding in terms of friendliness and professional service . She went above and beyond to help us really enjoy our time . She helped with booking , translations and even ordering us a taxi on departure and coming to say goodbye :) She really showcased Chinese hospitality at its finest . We loved breakfast and the afternoon tea was a great plus .
