We chose the property purely based on its location between Saquenay and Quebec and time of day we needed to leave the former and arrive at the latter. We arrived tired and hungry at 7pm after a long day of kayaking in Saguenay and the proprietor's answer to our request for dinner suggestions (go to the grocery store for a baguette, some paté, and a bottle of wine and eat it on the balcony) was perfect. We enjoyed the proprietor's sense of humor and chit-chat over breakfast in the morning. He kindly also let us spread out our wet camping gear on the fence and lawn to drive so that we could properly repack it before continuing our journey into Quebec where wouldn't need it for several days.

Beautiful brand new hotel, very large suite style rooms, excellently furnished with full kitchen and laundry too. Facilities all well planned and great modern design. Roof deck included jacuzzis and sauna. Staff were friendly and helpful, (Rafael, was particularly helpful having grown up nearby and knew many places to see). All the front desk staff were comfortably bilingual. Parking under building clean and convenient. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in! Would definitely find a reason to return.

Le Camp Caché Shefford offers a hot tub and free private parking, and is within 6.5 km of Club de Golf du Vieux Village and 8.6 km of Palace de Granby. 6 months on the road, this was easily the best place we found , beautifully furnished house in a garden , every detail speaks of the good taste of owners , best of hosts , who prepared a fantastic breakfast , a gem , highly recommended , come back any time
