Location was perfect! A quick walk into town across the bridge, right next to the Winthrop Rink and Fainting Goat. The rooms were clean, cozy, and smelled great! Quiet too, with a gorgeous view looking out on the river.

Older place and a little pricey I think but met our needs. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room, while a little dated, was comfortable and clean. Hallway is unheated given the layout of the hotel and it makes for some cold walks out to the car. They called it a Deluxe King room I think but not sure what part of it was "Deluxe." One issue was noise from above room and we were really worried when some stomping around occurred early in the evening but by the time we went to bed it had stopped. Hotel is located on the main drag and everything is in walking distance.

The space was lovely. Only sound heard was the river. Lovely open property. Plenty of room to run off the wiggles. Board games were available for family use. Kitchenette was just right. With sink and dishes.

Dinner was excellent, as was the small living room downstairs which we were able to enjoy prior to dinner.

The location was great! The home is well stocked, Especially the kitchen. It was nice to have access to the garage for out bikes at night. The river is a very pleassant place to sit and we had fun watching 7 dear frolic on the property in the early morning
