Beautiful space and well stocked kitchen. Easily accommodates for large groups and families. The employees were courteous and very nice, we were allowed an early check in free of charge. The beach is a a couple minute walk, the length depends on the property you get, but it is so easy to get there that it does not matter. There's a publix less than 2 miles away from the facility and several restaurants are present in the area.

I think kim was her name very helpful and sweet! Probably one of the nicest cheap places. Some things with the building are not perfect but the rooms were clean and had a dehumidifier in the room to fight the humidity. The bowl was disgusting holding the water so we turned it off to be sure we weren’t spreading mold in the air you could just have it removed or clean it but we just left it alone. It was decent mattresses and clean rooms and every cheap motel by the beach has humidity problems so just ignore it or pay for an expensive place. Great location near the beach and close drive to Orlando, lots of springs within 2 hours
