Beautiful and brand new apartment just a few steps from a beautiful beach. Great Mediterranean Restaurant on the premises. Food was delicious! Staff was amazing, specially Chef Yuzef who became our good friend. Cannot say enough about the wonderful hospitality and experience we had. Will definitely recommend and return again and again!

Warm welcome, friendly and attentive team. Rooms are comfortable with good amenities & great air con. We made the most of the onsite facilities - pool, jacuzzi (with lovely views over to the fort) and Hammam. Dinner at Dar Colibri was also a treat - local dishes cooked in-house while enjoying the sunset over the roof terrace. Breakfast was a fantastic spread as well. If you’re visiting the area and want a stay that makes you feel like family, this is it. Thank you again for making our stay so special!

First of all, let me explain what the place is. It is a two story residential building (they are adding a third story) with four apartments on a major road about 2 km south of Kelibia. It is exactly on that road, so it is like a school or the police headquarters a bit down or an agricultural supply store or something public. It is not in a residential area. If you have a car, it is not far-- maybe 2 km-- from downtown Kelibia, and you can see the sea from the property (though I don't know how to get there). It has a small garden in the back with tables and chairs and a fireplace that is nice.
There is no front desk, no staff around (though someone will give you the keys and show you in).
The apartment I was in was of a decent size with a small kitchenette (dishes, hot plate, small fridge, sink, microwave, coffee maker) and a large bathroom (the shower has no walls or curtain, so the floor gets very wet). The only windows were over the sink.
The bed was fine. The mattress was hard, which I like. The pillows, however, were very large decorative cushions, so too big to sleep with. The towels were great, the TV worked fine, and wi-fi was good.
They let me use the garage, which was kind.
I think this would be a nice place if you were two people planning to go to the beach every day and, maybe cook for yourself.

Madame Naima is very nice, welcoming and friendly. She let us choose the room we preferred, and treated us like we were family. She offered us fresh eggs on our way out. The place is simple but clean. 1 min walk from boutique hotels, restaurants and pristine beach.
