The room was big and very clean. They provided so many small things that made our trip more pleasant. There is a communal fridge on each floor and plates knives and forks if needed. The water was nice and hot and the bed comfortable. We really liked our stay here

The host Ing was super helpful and nice. she managed to greet us when we check in and out to make sure everything was ok. and also gave good advice on where to go and take the extra effort to help all the guests are happy with the stay. Location of the hotel was strategic as it was very near to all the places we wanted to visit ie Lee Garden, Kim Yong, and there was even a Mini Big C just 5 mins walk from the hotel which was again great convenient for us. Overall, stay was comfortable with comfy beds and clean rooms and halls. Worth the money. Thanks Ing.

Due to my work, I frequently travel and stay in various hotels eg Double Tree by Hilton, Hilton, Sheraton and Hyatt. Chinatown Living has notably impressed me during my stay. I reserved a family room and a standard room. The rooms are equipped with wireless chargers and international power points. Specifically, the family room includes a massage chair, microwave, and PS4 which my kids enjoyed the most. What stood out to me the most is the presence of a towel hanging rack and ample clothes hangers in the bathroom, which are amenities often lacking or limited in other hotels.
Rooms are clean and location is good.
Hotel also provides snacks for room guests at the breakfast area.

The staff was not helpful or understanding. We accidentally booked the wrong date (yesterday) and when turned up today for check-in they said we needed to pay again they didn’t even tried to accommodate us or discount or anything. They have plenty of free rooms but just weren’t helpful.
