I was disappointed with the way we were treated by Emaar Royal Hotel. When we arrived we were told to go to Nozol royal inn. Whole week we couldn’t sleep properly due to noise. Nozol royal inn is poor no one in the reception would pick up phone calls. It was extremely disappointing and will take action due to the suffering we went through. Specially booking early so we don’t get disappointed but treatment was disgusting. I will take legal advice regarding this treatment.

Location wise, even though it's very close to the Masjid, it's a good 10 minutes walk before you can join the Jamaat because it's located in the direction of Qibla
